This Privacy Policy explains how A Lit Noël, LLC ("A Lit Noël," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit alitnoel.com, request an estimate, communicate with us, or receive our Christmas lighting services.

Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and our arrangements with them.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or payment services integrated with our CRM or invoicing systems, including Square or other payment providers we may implement. Payment information submitted directly to a payment processor is handled by that provider under its own privacy and security practices.
We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers on alitnoel.com. We may receive and retain transaction information such as payment status, amount, date, payment method type, invoice number, and other information needed for accounting, customer service, and dispute resolution.

Customers who do not want photographs of their installation used for marketing should notify A Lit Noël before installation. The service agreement or other customer agreement may contain additional terms concerning photography and marketing use.
